Ira N. Gottlieb, President & CEO
As president and founder of Creative Health Concepts and The Creative Group, Gottlieb has focused the company's mission of providing professional, effective consulting services to insurers and providers in their desire to attain specific business goals and objectives.

Through the combined strengths and talents of the four companies under The Creative Group umbrella, Gottlieb has assisted a diverse group of client organizations: physicians and physician groups, large national insurers, integrated healthcare systems, specialty/ancillary service providers, niche healthcare companies, HMOs and various other payers and providers. Expertise in assisting clients with strategic planning, venture planning and partnering, product introduction and market expansion.

Harry F. Blair, Vice Chairman
Provides consultative services in managed care including interim management, network contracting, strategy and venture development and implementation, acquisition analysis and negotiations, HMO and PPO development and provider and payer contract negotiations.

Previous positions have been as Executive Director, Sanus Health Plan of Greater New York and New Jersey; Vice President, Metropolitan Life Insurance Company; President, MetLife Healthcare Network of New York/New Jersey; First Assistant New York State Deputy Attorney General for Medicaid Fraud, State of New York.

Peter (Pete) Biagioni, Managing Partner and Founding Member of IT Division

Biagioni's experience in the healthcare information technology has included: e-Health strategy development and deployment, day-to-day operations; sales and business development; organizational engineering; systems planning and architecture; system selections and vendor contract negotiation; information system assessments; budget creation and management; customer management; and investor relations.

Biagioni has over 18 years experience in the field of healthcare information systems and technology, two years as president/general manager of e-Health Internet technology development organizations; six years at the Chief Information Officer level and five years managing in "Big 5" and national healthcare consulting practices.

Michael S. Siegal, MD, PhD, Medical Consultant
Consultant to Creative Health Concepts on all medical management issues and quality standards.

Practitioner of Internal Medicine and Cardiology in Manhattan, where he is an Assistant Clinical Instructor in the Department of Medicine, Cardiology Division, St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital.

Formerly Department of Medicine Chief and Medical Director at St. Clare's Hospital and Health Center in New York City and subsequently Sr. Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of Health First.

 

Ronald J. Napiorski, Sr. Vice President
Responsible for assisting hospitals in developing and implementing new services, the restructuring of troubled hospitals and acting as interim senior management.

Previous positions include President of Creditek MediFinancial. Principal in a boutique consulting practice serving the healthcare industry. Acting CEO and CFO of UMDNJ University Hospital. St. Peter's University Hospital, East Orange General Hospital.

Henry A. Perretta, Sr. Vice President, Healthcare Technology & HIPPA

Over the past two years, Perretta has focused on HIPAA compliance. He has assessed IT architectures for HIPAA transaction readiness at 14 different healthplan administrators and several health clinics and formulated components and implementation plans to address IT infrastructure gaps in electronic commerce, processing functionality, and legacy system remediation.

Perretta has 18 years experience in the healthcare industry including 10 years at or above the VP level. At IBM he managed sales and systems engineering teams on some of IBM's largest health insurance accounts. Perretta holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University and a MBA from The Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College.

Sharon S. Adair, Vice President, Research Operations
With 11 years experience in the managed care industry, Adair is responsible for customized, competitive information and quality research projects for an extensive client base and the development and maintenance of the company's databases.

Prior positions have been as Director of Treasury Operations, Gulf Applied Technologies; Employee Relations Manager, Foremost-McKesson, Inc.

Mahdu Narang, Vice President
In this capacity, Narang serves as Vice President of Managed Care for a client hospital and is involved in all aspects of hospital administration. Also responsible for assisting clients in out-sourced provider relations, network development and contracting, strategic development and implementation.

Prior positions have been as Vice President of Managed Care, Mercy Medical Center in New York and Sr. Vice President of Fiscal Services of Emerson Hospital in Concord, MA.

Fred M. Rosenstein, Managing Director
  With a varied and successful career as a hospital administrator and business entrepreneur, Rosenstein will focus on enhancing relationships between hospitals and their admitting physicians, working with both hospitals and physician organizations in network development and contract negotiations.

Prior positions include administrative positions as hospital chief operating officer and most recently Sr. Vice President of Corporate Programs of Montefiore Medical Center and as Principal and Executive Vice President with PicturePeak, LLC.

Edward M. Hindin, Senior Consultant
  As an accomplished senior healthcare industry consultant and coach, Hindin has created and led business and strategic plans for rural, community, tertiary and academic medical center hospitals and local, regional and national multi-hospital systems; strategies to consolidate and gain regulatory approvals for new hospitals; merger and acquisition plans, turnaround plans and divestiture strategies; and governance and compensation arrangements for hospital-owned primary and specialty group practices.

Prior positions held were CEO of a regional alliance of hospitals and health systems; Executive Vice President of a multi-hospital system; developer of ambulatory healthcare businesses.

 

Joan R. Cerniglia, Senior Consultant
  As board certified in healthcare management, Cerniglia has diversified experience and a successful track record as a change agent. Her unique combination of strategic analytical skills and the ability to convert strategy into successful implementation has consistently been applied and achieved with start-ups, turnarounds, and outsourcing for both hospital, managed care and government clients.

Prior positions include Sr. Vice President of Managed Edge, a healthcare consulting and placement firm; Vice President, Managed Care, Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, New York; Director, Managed Care at Empire Mental Health Choice.

 

Susan Yubas, Senior Consultant
  Susan Yubas has provided innovative strategic planning and support for managed care companies, providers and hospitals. With a varied healthcare background, Yubas has experience and skills in hospital administration and network development; negotiation of rates and contracts for local, statewide and national healthcare companies; policy/procedure development; regulatory advice; development of operational guidelines; integration of policies/procedures across networks and health systems. Yubas has in-depth knowledge and has demonstrated consistent success with HMO organizations.

Prior positions include COO, XWare Compliance, Inc.; independent consultant in the healthcare arena; Administrator, Operations for Empire Blue Cross and Maimonides Medical Center.
